Transient Dockage

Our seawall and jetty provide excellent protection from Intracoastal wave action (see our facility layout).

Transient Dockage:

• $2.00 per-foot per-night with some exceptions (30 foot minimum)
• Wet slips only
• Maximum 70' length

Includes:

• Potable city water usage (pressure regulator recommended)
• 50 amp/240 volt electrical service, 70' slip has 100 amp service (splitters and 30 amp/120 volt converters available "on loan" with a deposit)
• Pump out facilities ($5.00 fee per pump out)
• 24 hour access to showers, toilets, and exercise room
• Access to kitchenette and club room during regular operating hours
• Wireless internet available (see dock master for access code information)
• Free ice for your personal coolers (NOT FOR YOUR LARGE FISH BOXES!!)
• No charge laundry available

For smaller vessels

(under 30 feet in length, with a beam not greater than 8 1/2 feet) that do not require electrical hook-up we have in-water slips with potable water at a flat fee of $30.00 a night

Staying with us more than 10 nights?

You can be charged the monthly rental rate plus $30.00 monthly utilization fee for full yacht club privileges. Works out a lot cheaper!! Just talk to our Dockmaster and make sure he knows how long you will be with us.

Reservations are definitely recommended, but if you're just arriving in the area give us a "holler" and we'll see what we have available. We monitor Channel 16 during operating hours or call us at 850-934-1005.

Mastercard and VISA accepted for reservations and payment. 24 hour minimum cancellation notice required to avoid 1 night charge.

All transient arrivals should dock at the fuel pier and contact the Dockmaster for slip assignment or marina information. VESSELS ARRIVING BEFORE OR AFTER REGULAR OPERATIONAL HOURS OR HOLIDAYS MUST make prior arrangements with the Dockmaster.
